Hey hey hey !5th day of attachment . The reason I blog about my attachment is because I'm afraid to forget what I did for the day, in case I have reflection to do . Hahahaha :x I got stm . ~.~ Anyway, I reached early today ! 20mins before the reporting time . Hehehe, chat with jay jay about the USS . Haha, it sounded so fun o: -start work- I realized my patient is going to be discharge today :D She was so excited seh . Lol, she wanted to bathe early so that she can leave immediately when her son come and fetch her . But actually her paperwork for discharged thingy is not done yet . Lol, she so cute seh . She wanted to call her children that she can discharge but she's afraid that she's disturbing them o: Our CI called up for us about our itouch . ~.~ got so many things to do seh .. Sian . Came back to the ward, saw her son fetching her . Haha, she was sooo happy :D After she went, went to copy some notes about our case study T.T Spent the whole day doing vital sign, taking notes, helping the patient to take stuff . ~.~ Two of the staff nurse scolded me for not taking hourly vital sign D: sian . Anyway, had dinner break at 6pm ! :D Ate kfc with my colleague . Lol, till now idk some of their name x.x hehe After that went back do the same old stuff ~.~ But today's time passed quite fast (: Nasha, Amirah and me waited for rois ( idk how to spell his name ) to come out when going back time . He take quite long to come out seh . After that went to meet Hidayah and her friend to go home together . Tomorrow, going Hidayah house for hari raya visit ! :DDDDDDDD Oh yeahhh, did turning for a patient who is having contraction muscle . ): he seems to be in pain whenever we try to stretch his arms or legs . :/ I feel so sad for him . He's having multiple bed sores D: |
